The Robert H. Nagy Family Foundation was launched in 2004 to honor the memory of a great man, husband, father and friend, Robert H. Nagy. It provides grants to charitable organizations whose primary purpose is to provide children’s education and health assistance.

About the Robert H. Nagy Family Foundation

The Robert H. Nagy Family Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation.  The activities of the Foundation will consist of gifts and grants to accomplish one or more purposes described in Section 170(c)(2)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, amended.  The Foundation will provide grants to organizations that have qualified or would qualify for exemption from federal income taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Tax Code and are not treated as private foundations under section 509(a) of the U.S. Tax Code.
